We Are Proud To Offer: Quicker processing times Friendly, customized service Unrivaled expertise Full title tracking using TRACER, our titling platform The concept of MVD Express began in 1994 when MVD Express CEO, Janice Lucero, was awarded a two-year pilot project in New Mexico, which would allow a third-party to provide MVD services in a private office setting. In the first year she processed more than 50,000 transactions from a small office located inside a grocery store. In 1999, following the pilot project’s success, the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division awarded MVD Express with a multi-year contract. Today, MVD Express has over two decades of experience providing MVD services to more than 300,000 customers annually through its Retail, Commercial, and Support Divisions in New Mexico. MVD Express was most recently awarded a multi-year contract from the Montana Department of Justice’s Motor Vehicle Division in 2017. This contract will be used to expand MVD Express’ commercial operations by processing automobile dealership titling transactions. MVD Express is proud to have been endorsed by the Montana Auto Dealers Association (MTADA) and the Montana Independent Auto Dealers Association (MTIADA).
